If you need hotel accommodations, Calgary Organizers have a block of rooms set aside for the Friars' Briar at a preferred rate. To book one of these rooms call the motel and let them know it is a "Friars'  Briar booking" in order to receive the Friars' rate.

Room: each room has two queen size beds.

Other: hot-tub and a pool, entirely no smoking facility
